Bares para tapear por el Centro Histórico

Bodega Santa Cruz - Las Columnas

Bar Las Columnas, Old winery, typical site where they exist. Abundant and very good tapas, cheap price. Go early or late, it's always packed. The waiters are fast and very friendly.

Bar Las Teresas

Bar Las Teresas, here the ham and the loin are great, as well as the cheeses, but I love the cod with tomato and the spinach with chickpeas. It is one of the most typical bars in Seville. It has a good terrace and a lounge opposite.

El Cónclave del Postigo

El Cónclave del Postigo, here everything is good, but I love the Iberian cheeks, they have a menu in several languages. It can be reserved on the terrace. It is a very new place, they opened in January 2022, but they have quickly gained a large clientele, since they have very good cuisine and the waiters are very helpful. There are daily breakfasts and stews.

Casa Román

Bar Casa Román, this place may seem a bit expensive, but it is worth it for the ham they have and the square where it is. It is the Plaza de los Venerables, a beautiful square, in it is the hospital of the Venerable Priests, a work of art. There is also the famous Hostería del Laurel, where it is said that the writer Zorrilla wrote his famous novel "Don Juan Tenorio".

Bar El Rinconcillo

El Rinconcillo is the oldest bar in Seville on record, serving its customers since 1670. It has a special atmosphere and very good cuisine. It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible, as it is always full. I love spinach with chickpeas and salmorejo. It is quite a classic.

Restaurante San Marco

San Marco, the Moorish inn, as it is popularly known because of the street where it is located, is a restaurant located in some old and preserved Arab baths from the 12th century. It is a spectacular restaurant, not only for its food, which is delicious, but because of the building where it is. The cuisine is Mediterranean with an Italian character. Personally, I like to book at the entrance, which is the oldest part, where the arches and vaults are, and in the dovecote room, they are the most beautiful. To eat I love the poularda breast and the Pedro Ximénez cheek, let's see, here there is everything, but Italian food you can eat anywhere, I prefer something that you will only eat here. If you want to surprise your partner or a family member, this is your place.

Bar Los Coloniales

Bar Los Coloniales began as a grocery store with special products, hence the tradition of serving good products as they have today. They are traditional tapas and portions, some with a touch of new cuisine. I really like the salmorejo toast with ham and quail egg, but the grilled meats are also great. They have tables inside and a good terrace. It is in the Plaza del Cristo de Burgos, one of the most emblematic in Seville, as well as very beautiful and spacious. I advise booking or arriving early, there are always people. Special mention to the waiters, they are very quick to attend.

Casa Morales

Casa Morales is an old winery of all life, founded in 1850. The aesthetics of the interior has been maintained and cared for over the years. It still retains its huge and striking clay jars that give it that unmistakable air of a neighborhood winery. It has a fairly varied menu for a tavern, meat, fish, cured meats... For me, cheese is luxurious. It is one of the most authentic bars, I love it.
